The School District Accountability Act (Chapter 53) requires that the Commissioner of Education promulgate "user-friendly," plain language budget forms for use by school districts.   Following is the Somerdale Park Board of Education's 2009-2010 proposed budget in the format prescribed by the Department of Education.
