Mr. Ford has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor's Degree in Teacher Education from Stockton College, and a Master's Degree in School Administration from Rowan University. During Mr. Ford's fifteen years working in education, he has held a variety of roles including teacher, coach, and administrator. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, children, Oliver (5th Grade), Vivian (4th Grade), Winston (1st Grade) and new German Shepherd, Pete (recently graduated). Mr. Ford's goal as an educator has always been to contribute to the social, behavioral, and academic development of his students. He is looking forward to his seventh year at Somerdale Park and the opportunity to further positive working relationships with students, staff, colleagues, and the Somerdale School Community! It is going to be a great year! Go get em' and, as always, Go Cavs!

Mr. Ford (Vice Principal), Mrs. Valinsky (School Psychologist), and Mr. Shepherd (Instructional Assistant) promote kindness during Week of Respect. The dynamic trio visited each classroom and danced to R-E-S-P-E-C-T while distributing tee shirts to every student and staff member.
