Your SchoolPaymentPortal is being offered as a safe, secure and convenient way for parents or guardians of students to manage school payments. Please note there is a minimum deposit of $20.00 to use this feature and the service is free. Families will also the availability to split the $20.00 minimum between their students. This feature will give you the opportunity to track purchases, create reminders and set up automatic payments.
Below is a quick guide to setting up your User ID. If you would like detailed information use the “School Payment Portal Parent Guide” found under the PARENT TAB. This document will assist new users with the most basic functionality of SchoolPaymentPortal. Any questions or concerns with a student's account should be directed to Richele Boyce, Food Service Director at 856-783-2931 ext 512 or at [email protected].
To set up your account your will need to go to www.schoolpaymentportal.com.
- Enter 08083 in the box for zip code then hit search.
- Somerdale Park School will show
- Click on Somerdale Park School and enter your information (you will create your password here) then click on create account.
- Click on HERE to take you to the Home Page
- Enter your E-mail Address and Password you just created
- Click HERE to add students
- Enter your students last name and student ID number then click search
- Click on MANAGE CAFETERIA ACCOUNT
- From here you can view your students account to see their balance and what they have purchased since the first day of school or add funds to your students account.

National Hunger Hotline
It's important that parents know where summer sites in their neighborhoods are located so that they can also get these healthy, free meals to their children. To find out the closest SFSP site near you where you can get your kids to join the fun, parents and guardians can either call their state agency or the National Hunger Hotline at 1-866-3-Hungry or 1-877-8-HAMBRE. It's a free call, available in both English and Spanish, and is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Board of Education recognizes child and adolescent obesity has reached epidemic levels in the United States and that poor diet combined with the lack of physical activity negatively impacts on pupils' health and their ability and motivation to learn. The Board is committed to: providing pupils with healthy and nutritious foods; encouraging the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables, fat-free or low-fat (1%) milk and whole grains; supporting healthy eating through nutrition education; encouraging pupils to select and consume all components of the school meal; and providing pupils with the opportunity to engage in daily physical activity.
