Mr. Kretschy is thrilled to be back for his second year at Somerdale Park School. As a part of the administrative team, he continues to focus on student attendance, academic excellence, and positive student behavior. From his many years as a teacher, his goal as an educator has always been to motivate and inspire students to reach their fullest potential, socially and academically. Mr. Kretschy continues to face challenges head on and create strong and positive relationships with students, staff, and the members of the Somerdale community. When he's not at Somerdale, you can find him with his family, especially at weekend sporting events for his 2 sons Karsen (7th grade) and Kody (4th grade). Mr. Kretschy holds his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University as well as a Masters in Elementary Education. He also has his Supervisor and Principal Certificates from Thomas Edison University.
